This production line is used for the filling production of pillow , seat cushions, and other objects. Computer program control, with the most accurate weighing and quantitative function. The fully automatic function of automatic weight determination, automatic shaping, and automatic filling can complete the filling process of the pillow in one step. One person operation, high output and efficiency.

Equipped with a collector, the collector can store 30-40 kilograms of raw cotton. Reduce manual cotton feeding work and improve efficiency.
--Weighing system

This system is currently the most efficient pillow production equipment. You can choose production lines with different output requirements. Machine features

One operator The production line is controlled by PLC , which automatically loads, weighs and fills. Simple operation and high efficiency.
Vacuum filling Fiber will fill every corner of the pillow, so the pillow is more even, full and flat. Suitable for pillowcases of various fabrics. There is no fiber flying in the filling process, clean and environmental protection.
Weighing tolerance: around 15g. Weighing speed is fast and accurate to ensure output and quality.
Automatic feeding The feeder can store 250-300kg fiber, and transport the fiber evenly to the material box without manual feeding, saving labor cost.
Fill two pillows at a time Double filling tube vacuum filling machine can fill two pillows at a time, improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

Working Sequence

	Put in Raw Materials Put the raw fiber materials on the feeder. The feeder can store about 200-300kg of raw cotton at a time.
	Fiber Feed To Silo The raw materials on the feeder will be automatically delivered to the Silo.
	Automatic Weighing Raw fiber enter the weighing tray for weighing.
	Enter the opening machine Raw Fiber is weighed before opening and filling is an independent design of our company. Weighing is faster and more accurate; filling is performed immediately after opening, the fibers are more fluffy, the pillows are more even and flat, and the elasticity is better.
	Auto fill While the opening machine performs the opening process, the vacuum filling machine also starts filling. The fiber will evenly enter the pillow case, the pillow is elastic, and the surface is flat.
	The cover opens automatically After filling is completed, the cover of the filling machine will open automatically and the pillow will be removed. The filling process is completed once.
