Pillow and Cushion Production unit is composed of a Fiber Opening Machine , two Filling Machines and two Weight Tables.
The opening and filling machine is widely used in various industries such as textiles, household goods, and toy manufacturing. In the textile industry, it can be used for opening and filling fiber raw materials such as cotton yarn and synthetic fibers; In the home goods industry, it can be used for filling products such as pillows, pillows, sofa cushions, etc; In the toy manufacturing industry, it can be used for filling plush toys, fabric toys and other products.
Fiber Opening Machine
The fiber opening machine is specialized in opening hollow siliconized polyester fiber,wool, waste wadding fiber, and other filling fiber shorter than 100mm.
-With conveyor track protection system, it's not easy to be worn.
-Automatic raw material feeding through the conveyor.
-Professional roller balance process keeps the machine running without noise & shaking

Filling Machine
This model is specifically designed for filling large items such as pillows, sofas, and seat cushions. Using large-diameter cotton filling tubes, the filling speed is fast, and the fan is reasonably set to prevent cotton blockage. The filled cotton is fluffy, does not roll, and the product is flexible, soft, and elastic.
This machine has the characteristics of safety, practicality, and reliability, and is suitable for filling materials such as various long and short fibers, pearl ball cotton, sponge, wool, duck feathers, etc
